How long will it take to see the first results?

  • Our wand offers cosmetic benefits that become more visible over time. During the first few weeks, most users notice a significant improvement in skin firmness and smoothness. You will see a reduction in under-eye circles and an overall improvement in skin radiance. After several weeks of regular use, most users observe a decrease in the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Return policy: What happens if there are no visible results?

  • In rare situations where you do not see results with an AM to PM product, you have the option to return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, even if the products have been used and opened. So, you can try AM to PM products with complete peace of mind. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction.

How long is the warranty?

  • The wand comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within the first year of purchase. However, it's important to note that the warranty does not cover issues related to water damage, as the wand is not waterproof. Additionally, intentional breakage or damage caused by misuse is not covered under the warranty. If you experience any difficulties not related to water exposure or intentional damage, please contact our customer support, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I receive the free ebook?

Which parts of my face can the wand be used on?

  • The wand can be applied to the entire face, including the forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, upper lip, under-eye area, and chin. You also have the option to target specific areas if you want to focus the treatment on them. You can use it around your neck, but we recommend not applying it to the thyroid area, as the galvanic current can cause overstimulation in that area.

Is it safe to use?

  • Completely. It may be surprising, but NASA initially studied red light therapy to expose astronauts to beneficial light spectra in space. Since then, research has greatly expanded, and one of the main benefits of red light therapy is related to skincare. This method is safe for all age groups, all skin types, and all skin tones.

How does the new ActivLift™ wand differ from the previous one?

  • This device has been improved, taking into account feedback from our community and advice from skincare experts. Both wands offer compelling benefits, but the new ActivLift™ wand stands out with several new features, including: a 150% increase in the power of red light therapy, an improvement in galvanic current, the ability to rotate the wand head by 90° to reach more facial contours, and an automatic ignition feature as soon as the wand comes into contact with the skin.

How often can I use the wand?

  • We recommend using our ActivLift™ wand 3 times a week for 3 minutes.

How do I clean the wand?

  • We recommend cleaning the wand with a slightly damp cloth after use. The wand is not waterproof.

What is red light therapy?

  • Red light therapy is a technique that uses low-wavelength red LEDs to rejuvenate the skin. It promotes healthy skin by reducing the appearance of imperfections and wrinkles while stimulating collagen production.

What is galvanic current (micro-current)?

  • Galvanic current is a low-voltage electrical wave used to stimulate the dermis of the skin, acting as a "workout" for the face. It promotes smooth and healthy skin, and clinical evidence shows that it reduces the appearance of common signs of aging. Our Red Light Therapy Wand delivers an average of 300 microamperes of microcurrent directly to the skin to help it look healthy, smooth, and radiant.

What is facial massage, and what are its benefits?

  • Facial massage is a technique that has been used in Eastern beauty practices for a long time to temporarily reduce skin puffiness and promote a thinner and refreshed appearance. The gentle facial massage of our wand soothes the skin and enhances its natural radiance.

What is therapeutic heat?

  • Applying heat directly to the skin can temporarily open pores. This can help clean the pores and promote the absorption of skincare products (cosmetic actives, essential oils, etc.). The heating head of our ActivLift™ wand delivers soothing heat at approximately 41.6°C. Heat can reduce the appearance of under-eye circles and puffiness, giving a healthy and radiant glow.

Who should not use the wand?

  • We do not recommend using the red light therapy wand if you are under 18, have been diagnosed with cancer, have a pacemaker (or any other metal implanted in your body), or if you are pregnant. If you have concerns, please consult your doctor, as they will be best positioned to evaluate your specific situation.

When will my order arrive?

  • All our orders are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders to Europe and Asia usually take 8 to 15 business days to be delivered. Orders to the United States typically take 5 to 12 business days to be delivered. For some countries, delivery may take longer. Please refer to the delivery times displayed on the payment page for precise delivery times in your country.

How can I track my order's shipment?

Contraindications

ActivLift™ Wand with Red Light Therapy

  • Avoid using ActivLift™ Wand in sensitive areas such as the breast, larynx/throat, chest, groin, eyelids, and under the brow bone.
  • This wand is not suitable for individuals under 18, pregnant women, those prone to seizures, individuals with cancer/tumors, those with a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillators/stimulators, or electronic implanted devices.
  • If you have medical concerns, illnesses, epilepsy, seizures, or have recently undergone facial surgery, consult your doctor before using the ActivLift™ Wand.
  • Electronic monitoring equipment, like ECG monitors and alarms, may not function correctly when the wand is in use. Ensure usage only on healthy, intact skin.
  • Avoid applying stimulation over or near cancerous lesions, swollen areas, infected or inflamed skin, and areas with conditions like phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, or varicose veins.
  • Possible adverse reactions include skin irritation or redness. Only for adult use, and keep it out of children's reach.
  • Avoid chest stimulation, as electrical current introduction may cause heart rhythm disturbances.

Precautions

  • ActivLift™ Wand is designed solely for cosmetic use on individuals in good health.
  • A slight tingling sensation and flashing lights perception may occur, stemming from optic nerve stimulation. Consult a doctor if these persist.
  • Exercise caution if you have suspected or diagnosed heart problems, epilepsy, a tendency to hemorrhage after trauma, or when using the wand over areas lacking normal sensation.
  • If skin irritation occurs, consider using an alternate conductive medium.
  • Avoid using the wand while driving, operating machinery, or during activities with involuntary muscle contractions that may pose undue injury risks.
  • For those with suspected or diagnosed heart disease, follow physician-recommended precautions. Consult your physician after recent surgical procedures.
